I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. Using a primarily compassion focused therapy approach, I work with children, adolescents, adults and families who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including, anxiety, depression, relationships concerns, trauma, eating problems, low self-confidence.
I am very interested in the experience of “not feeling good enough” and have found that CFT is hugely beneficial for clients in reducing shame and developing self-compassion.
