I am a HCPC registered practitioner psychologist with a number of years post qualification experience working both in the NHS and in private practice.
I provide individual therapy, supervision and organisational services. I am a forensic psychologist by background, but currently work in adult mental health services and in supporting people with experiences of trauma.
I work from a CFT model, with aspects of other models such as DBT and ACT, depending on individual needs.
I enjoy working creatively with clients to support them to achieve their goals in therapy.
Sessions are offered online or via telephone, with a free initial 30 minute session to discuss your needs, which can be booked via the website.

I have attended workshops in CFT from 2011 onwards, providing 11 years experience of working with CFT. The first workshop I attended in 2011 was a full day workshop introducing CFT with Deborah Lee. Following this, I began to incorporate CFT into my practice, with support from my supervisor at that time. I attended a further CFT workshop facilitated by my NHS trust in 2017. More recently, I participated in Compassion Focused Staff Support (CFSS) as a group member and then completed my CFSS facilitator training with the Compassionate Mind Foundation this summer in Derby. I have had a CFT supervisor as my clinical supervisor, providing CFT orientated supervision, since 2020 and continue to engage in CFT organisational and staff support work, in addition to using CFT in my health service and private practice clinical work.
