Overview
Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist who completed the Leeds Doctirate in 2004. I first trained with Paul in Glasgow in 2007 and have grown to love and use CFT more and more as the years have gone on.
I worked in the NHS for 25 years and in my last NHS post ran the Greater Glasgow and Clyde CFT SIG (Special Interest Group). I have used CFT mainly with adults in both physical health settings and mental health settings. I have benefitted from personal practice in CFT and love that it’s not a ‘them and us’ theory or therapy.
I find the psychoeducation and practice beneficial for a full range of people and would definitely say it is my favourite way of working.
I have set up private practice this year and created ‘A Therapeutic Space’ in Dumfries and Galloway. I hope to grow this in the coming years, offering Clinical Psychology in a natural environment.
