My original training was in Core Process Psychotherapy, a depth relational mindfulness therapy which integrates Buddhist psychology and compassion practices, with western psychotherapeutic theory.  I have been in private practice since 2000 offer therapy and supervision in Bath and Bristol UK.  I work with a wide range of issues and at the heart of my therapy is compassion oriented practice.  Currently I am also a tutor with the Karuna Institute in Devon.

I attended a CFT introduction course in 2005 and have integrated the practices into my therapy practice and been a member of the CFT forum. As a UKCP registered therapist, I attend monthly supervision, peer supervision and a minimum of 20 hours CPD per year in a range of areas. Please see my website for more information.
