Overview
My original training was in Core Process Psychotherapy, a depth relational mindfulness therapy which integrates Buddhist psychology and compassion practices, with western psychotherapeutic theory. I have been in private practice since 2000 offer therapy and supervision in Bath and Bristol UK. I work with a wide range of issues and at the heart of my therapy is compassion oriented practice. Currently I am also a tutor with the Karuna Institute in Devon.
