Overview
I’m a Clinical Psychologist offering psychological therapies in the centre of Uxbridge and working in the field of psycho-oncology in the NHS.
Over the past 15 years I have worked with people experiencing psychological distress and mental health difficulties, including adolescents, adults and older adults. I provide private therapy and clinical supervision alongside my role within the NHS, where I have worked in community mental health teams and, more recently, in physical health settings, where I specialise in psycho-oncology.
I am a fully-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) psychotherapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have also received formal training and experienced in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and am both a Chartered Member (CPsychol)and Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am also a member of the Division of Clinical Psychology (DCP).
I pride myself on providing a safe therapeutic space and adhere to strict standards of confidentiality.
