I am a registered psychotherapist and a spiritual care practitioner in Toronto, Canada. I have been interested in CFT when I was a MSc student at the University of Toronto during 2017-2021, doing a Master of Pastoral Studies in Buddhism stream. Before this career, my previous professional life was a MD, PhD clinical microbiologist and researcher for 30 years.

I have been studied and practiced for CFT therapy since late 2020. I participated in Professor Paul Gilbert’s CFT group therapy workshop in 2021 and CFT therapeutic chair work online workshop led by Tobyn Bell and Matt A Pugh in 2020. I also participated in Greg Samuelson’s CFT group supervision (twice a month) and teachings and community activities for two years (2020-2). Recently I was in Greg Samuelson’s CFT Advanced Clinical Skills and Practice workshop (2023). In my over 3000 clinical practice hours including both in the hospital and private setting, CFT has been one of the main modalities that I have been implied in my clients/patients care.
