Overview

I have over 30 years of experience working with both children and adults. I initially trained humanistically/integratively and then psychoanalytically. My main specialism is working with the aftermath of trauma, abuse and neglect, and I have a passion for integrating neurobiological, attachment and both psychodynamic and systemic thinking with contemporary approached.

I have trained in and use CFT methods as a central part of how I work and i think. I am also a mindfulness teacher and have trained in a range of linked modalities, including EMDR

I also regularly teach and supervise other therapists in the UK and abroad
