I have been working with compassion focused approaches for approximately 5 years. I have attended a workshop and online small group training with Dennis Tirch in CFACT, a MSC retreat with Kristy Arbon, and 3 workshops with Paul Gilbert in CFT, including advanced training. CFT is my primary clinical modality. I am also a committee member of Compassionate Mind Australia, and facilitate a monthly CFT peer supervision group.
