Overview
I am based in Thingwall, Wirral and have worked as a therapist for the past ten years. Originally qualifying as a person-centred therapist with an MA Clinical Counselling (Distinction) gained at the University of Chester, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space in a purpose-built cabin in my garden. I came to Compassion Focused therapy through introductory courses in 2018 and continued my journey over the years through short courses and completing a mindful self-compassion course. In 2024, I completed the postgraduate diploma offered by the Compassionate Mind Foundation. Working with individuals and groups, I now offer CFT in my private practice and in my work at the University of Liverpool student counselling service.
I work online and in person.
