I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and Europe-approved eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing practitioner. I incorporate compassion focused therapy and compassionate mind training into my work as a clinician and educator. I am a lecturer at the University of Salford, where my research explores the impact compassionate mind training has in educational and clinical settings.
