I am a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in Private Practice since 2018 in the North East and Cumbria. I have 16 years of NHS experience working with complex mental health, trauma, and psychosis, and 2 years experience working in NHS Bariatric Surgery.

I am able to provide individual, couple, and group therapies using Compassion Focused Therapy. I integrate Compassion Focused Therapy with other therapeutic models such as Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as somatic work (polyvagal). I work with individuals, couples, and groups to provide a bespoke psychological intervention adapted to client need.

I am currently based in Cockermouth, Cumbria but I also work online. I can also provide bespoke services more widely. I have also worked with local organizations and TV.
