CFT Diploma Alumna 22/23 Supervision training completed Feb 2025 with Paul Gilbert I currently work in the NHS in the Ascend Service - a Complex Trauma service treating people who have experiences Sexual abuse/assault. I supervise and deliver consultations to other therapists and external parties Prior to this I worked as a Psychotherapist in the NHS for 10 years Private Psychotherapist for 4 years NHS Behaviour Change Service for long term conditions and physical health difficulties

Overview of CFT training, supervision training and experience:  I have completed CFT training with Prof. Paul Gilbert and others within the Compassionate Mind Foundation including Deborah Lee, Chris Irons, Charlie Heriot-Maitland and Kate Lucre. In recent years I have attended a number of training courses related to Chair Work in CFT delivered by Tobyn Bell and Matthew Pugh, which I now incorporate into the psychological therapy and clinical supervision that I offer.
