I have been described by clients as ‘caring, nurturing, and gentle’. I attempt to make sense of what is feeling wrong and to help them relieve their anxiety and depression, heal wounds, sadness and anger from relationships or grieve losses. I also help to improve their self-esteem and regain their ability for closeness and intimacy. I apply an integrative model of counselling including CFT ; CBT and EMDR and specialize in working with adults who were sexually abused as children.
