My academic training is under continuous construction.
Since college my focus was Cognitive Behavioral. Work for many years from Public Health at Posadas Hospital with people with Chronic Diseases, accompanying their medical treatment processes.
I trained in Behavioral Dialectic Therapy – DBT-, and discovered Mindfulness, which became part of the way.
As part of the quest to accompany my patients and alleviate their suffering and personal care I discovered the “Compassion” tool.
And by the hand of that tool I discovered Paul Gilbert’s model.
I am co-founder of Compassionate Motivation, which emerged in me as a necessity.
I had the privilege of attending the first Compassion Focus Therapy summit in 2018 where I was able to meet Professor Paul Gilbert and receive my first intensive training in the model. Then do some training with Denis Tirch and Laura Silberstein. Since 2020, I have been part of a network of Latin American professionals that we supervise with Paul Gilbert.
