At the points in our lives when it feels like we (or the world around us) is falling apart, we have an opportunity to remake it, to choose those parts that we wish to take with us to build our own future. While counselling does not provide a magic wand or easy fixes, I can offer you space to be curious about what changes are possible for you. A place, to explore your past and present, without judgement, so you can find your future direction.
As an integrative counsellor, who has trained in a range of modalities (person centred, systemic, psychodynamic, compassion focused, CBT and solution focused therapies) I offer a collaborative space where together we will discover the right way of working to help you navigate the changes you wish to see in your life. This may include a traditional counselling space where we explore emotions and events through talking, or you may wish to work with one or more of the creative mediums that I offer in my practice, because sometimes finding the right words can be a barrier to exploration. Because you are the expert on yourself, our way of working will always be decided by you, so while I might invite you to try something different, you are always welcome to decline.

I have experience of working with clients in a range of circumstances, including, but not limited to: loss, LGBTQ+ identities, anxiety and depression. I have previously worked in a variety of settings including statutory and voluntary sector organisations, offering both long-term and short-term work. Whatever your circumstance and the change you wish to make, please do get in touch.

Because I know that connecting with your counsellor is key to the success of therapy, I am happy to offer a free, 20 minute, telephone consultation to see how we might be able to work together before you commit to paid sessions.

Appointments take place in a purpose-built counselling room at The Ministry of Yoga in Crewe. The venue is a short walk from the train station and accessible by public transport. Sessions cost £35 per 50 minute session for counselling and £40 per hour for Supervision. Supervision is offered to counsellors, mentors, and other mental health professionals.
