I am a psychologist in private practice and associate partner at Harokopio University, training graduate students of MA in Education and Culture in applying Compassion in Educational settings. My passion is to help people overcome their emotional obstacles and life challenges by de-shaming mental health difficulties through the evolutionary perspective and compassion focused therapy for individuals, parents and groups. I am interested in promoting CFT in Greece by offering clinical workshops to mental health professionals and public talks. I am in the process of studying Compassionate Mind Training as a means to increase mentalization and reflective functioning. Lastly, I enjoy organising compassion games in the community.
