I work in the private sector on a full-time basis in my Clinical Psychology practice Libratum. I am passionate about working with professionals in the City of London from Financial, Legal, Consulting, Media, and Academic sectors and have extensive experience supporting them with problems related to organisational pressures, stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, loss of meaning and purpose, challenges for expats, relationships difficulties, perinatal mental health problems, perfectionism, and self-criticism.

Compassion Focussed Therapy is the core therapeutic model that I use in my individual therapy together with mindfulness based approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).

I also provide consultation and deliver supervision to clinical psychologists. I deliver corporate well-being workshops to leaders and staff teams in organisations which are based on the principles of mindfulness and compassion.

Previous clinical background;
In the NHS I specialised in working in Early Intervention Services with people with psychosis and schizophrenia as well as supporting family members, friends, and carers in their caregiving roles. I chose to broaden my specialist focus to support mothers, fathers and carers with perinatal mental health problems to help them develop strong bonds with their babies.
