I provide Compassion Focused Therapy from my therapy rooms in Matlock, Derbyshire . My clients include parents with antenatal and post natal anxiety and depression, adults who struggle with their own emotional health as a result of their own childhood experiences, and parents of children with additional physical and developmental needs. I also provide family interventions and 1:1 sessions with adolescents.
